Drs. Lilah Maduro-Wever,

P.S.W director, Drs. Lilah Maduro-Wever, is an NIP-registered psychologist with experience in treating job reintegration, burnout, drugs– and relationship conflicts in Aruba.  She has worked as a trainer/therapist at Buro Arends, GGZ, Midden-Brabant, and Centro Dakota. She completed the university degree (master’s degree) in Social & Organization Psychology in 1999 in Leiden and the Clinical & Health Psychology degree in 2004 in Tilburg.

Drs. Shira Saraç-Essed is a psychologist with experience in the area of drug rehabilitation for adolescents and adults. In the past she has worked for the “Coordinatiebureau Drugbestrijding”. Drs. Shira Saraç-Essed holds a master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from Leiden University.
